Approval of Minutes
A motion made by Alexa Ross and seconded by Don White passed, to approve the minutes of the March 25, 2008, meeting with the amendment that Don White’s remarks had been that Flagler County has a decent water ordinance but it is not being enforced. He noted that Palm Coast is spending money to study desalination but not allowing the public to comment, just attend meetings where the subject is discussed.
Robert Haviland commented that instead of conserving water, the St. Johns River Water Management District is promoting high-energy-usage ways to consume more.
